| Insurance Information We Participate with MetLife Dental PDP, Guardian Dental Guard, United Concordia, and Delta Dental. We expect payment at the time of service for all other insurances, unless prior arrangements have been made. Credit Cards, Cash and Checks are accepted as payment. We also offer Care Credit Financing for our Patients. We Will Submit all claims to the correct Insurance company and Help with any and all Insurance Issues.
